Each initiative of the Association Fond Diri De Saint-Joseph has clear goals, a defined audience and measurable outcomes reported to our members every year.

Program 1
Community Welfare and Social Support Services
The heart of the Association Fond Diri De Saint-Joseph: shared meals, listening and accompaniment for people facing isolation or precarity.
Implementation goals
- Organise regular community meals open to children, families and isolated people
- Offer a welcoming space for listening and guidance
- Direct people toward the public services and rights they are entitled to
- Prevent social isolation through regular, friendly contact
Target audience
Children, low-income families, isolated elderly people and anyone experiencing temporary hardship.
Expected community outcomes
Improved food security, restored social ties, better access to social rights, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Program 2
Humanitarian Aid and Vulnerable Family Assistance
Direct, practical help for families in emergency or long-term difficulty.
Implementation goals
- Distribute food parcels and prepared meals
- Provide clothing, school supplies and hygiene essentials
- Support families during crises (job loss, illness, displacement)
- Coordinate with partner organisations for specialised needs
Target audience
Families with children in precarious situations, single-parent households, newly arrived families and people in emergency situations.
Expected community outcomes
Basic needs met with dignity, reduced stress on households, and children able to continue school and daily life in stable conditions.

Program 3
Cultural and Educational Integration Workshops
Learning, creativity and play that help children and families grow in confidence.
Implementation goals
- Run holiday and summer programs with educational games and group activities
- Offer homework help, reading and language workshops
- Organise cultural, artistic and heritage activities, shows and celebrations
- Encourage teamwork, respect and intergenerational exchange
Target audience
Children and teenagers aged 5–17, their parents, and families wishing to strengthen their integration and cultural ties.
Expected community outcomes
Improved school engagement, social and language skills, self-esteem, and appreciation of shared cultural heritage.

Program 4
Public Outreach and Sustainable Development Projects
Mobilising volunteers and partners to build lasting, responsible community action.
Implementation goals
- Recruit, train and support volunteers, including young people
- Raise public awareness of poverty, food waste and solidarity
- Promote anti-waste practices and local food sourcing
- Develop partnerships with schools, parishes, businesses and local authorities
Target audience
Volunteers, students, local residents, partner organisations and institutions.
Expected community outcomes
A growing, engaged volunteer base, reduced food waste, and durable local networks that make solidarity sustainable.
